Amazing food! Everything was setup and broken down quickly and cleanly. Our event manager (Carrie) was wonderful to work with and ever so patient with us when we wanted to make changes to our menu, answering emails in a timely manner and updating our quote when needed. I recommend doing a tasting if you have time. They take notes on what you like and don’t like about each dish and adjust it for your wedding day. The serving staff at the reception were friendly, efficient and quick to clear plates. The bartender was quick and had a good memory for who was drinking what. We were very happy with everything they did.
From first contact, we had timely and helpful responsiveness from staff. The food was beyond excellent with several guests commenting on this being some of the most delicious food at a wedding they have experienced. Our package was buffet style and essentially one of the cheaper packages, but you would never know it from the quality and presentation. And the portions/amount provided was more than adequate. Additionally, we had a few vegetarian meals. All of our veggie-lovers were extremely impressed with the meals provided. Overall, an excellent experience!

Hands down, the best italian (more specifically, pasta) I have ever had in AZ! I cannot believe how amazing my dinner was tonight… like, you guys NEED a restaurant…. there would be a line out of the door and be a constant hot spot that anyone who loves pasta MUST try and WILL frequent! We bought a large container of the Sunday Gravy Sauce & a pound of fresh Fiore pasta and it was to die for! Less than $30 and I fed a GOURMET meal to 4 adults WITH leftovers! I am just floored by the pure goodness that has come from a random buy at a Farmers Market! I absolutely cannot say enough great things about your pasta and sauces (we tried the lasagna and alfredo at the market too).
You have an incredibly amazing talent for making heaven on a fork! The world NEEDS your food! I will be a customer FOR LIFE!

Dear Tony, When we hired you to cater our party, I wanted three things. 1. It was important to me that the food be delicious and different enough to be memorable, but not so unusual that our guests from the Midwest would find it unappealing. 2. I did not want to have to worry about anything….and when i say anything, I mean that literally. 3. It was critical that your execution be exquisite. You not only met my expectations, but exceeded them! The food was wonderful, I didn’t worry about anything, (and did nothing but enjoy myself during the party,) and your execution was prefect. I’m still receiving compliments on everything. I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful service you provided. I know we were not the easiest people to work with, but you catered to even our most capricious quirks. your price was neither cheapest nor the most expensive, but I am confident that you are the best. We used Creations in Cuisine Catering for our daughter’s post wedding celebration at Desert Botanical Gardens. I received a phone call almost immediately from Carrie asking specifics on our vision. After that she worked with us until everything was covered from A-Z, always a phone call away for any questions or concerns. The food was beyond fantastic and our guest couldn’t stop saying how much they enjoyed it. The staff was very professional and attentive to our need. WOW!!!! I could not have been more impressed by the work that Creations in Cuisine did for the Farr-Fuhrer wedding that was here at the Waterfront on Sunday! The food was amazing – so much of it prepared on site, and so expertly by Chef Basil! The presentation of the buffets was wonderful! The fresh roses made the buffet look so beautiful! Hi Tony. Thank you so much for arranging the great staff and great food for our wedding. Everything was perfect except the weather, but it was such a wonderful day, the rain didn’t even matter. Please thank Lucy and all of your staff who worked at our wedding. Everything went smoothly, so Amber and I could just relax and enjoy the evening without any worries. I do appreciate your willingness to work with me on the time line so we could start the buffet line right after the salads went out. That worked out well, and it enabled a close friend of mine who had to leave early to catch a flight still have dinner. I’m glad we ordered as many appetizers as we did. Our guests went through all of them, and the meatballs were a big hit. We had a few no-shows, so Amber and I got to enjoy some left over chicken and steak for a few meals. Thank you again for your assistance, patience and professionalism while we worked out the last minute details. It all turned out great! Amber and I would definitely recommend you to anyone who’s planning a wedding or large event.

AMAZING!!!! I used Creations In Cuisine for my wedding in Scottsdale this October and they were fabulous! Tara Gray was outstanding! She worked with us from the very beginning, unlike so many other caterers who turn you away, adjusting the menu to fit into our budget. She was always prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls – which were numerous! I can’t say enough great things about her! I always heard horror stories of wedding food tasting so much different than at the tasting. However, this was not the case with our wedding food, it tasted better! We had a buffet style dinner and everyone raved about our food and how delicious it was! Thank you to Tara, Tony, and everyone at Creations in Cuisine for your hard work and superb service!

I recently attended business meeting in Downtown Phoenix and apparently these guys were the ones behind the amazing food I ate. Maybe it was the fact that it was free (that always seems to skew my opinion of food) but it tasted like someone paid a bunch of money for it. I had some hella tasty beef empanadas which had a nice chipotle flavor to it. I was also served some chicken in a tortilla that was oozing with what I think was pepper jack cheese. Everything also had great sauces to go with the food. My business is not big enough yet to cater meals for meetings but when that day will come I think these guys will be one of the first I’ll call. PS – If you can make a twitter feed where I can crash some more of your catered events and get more of those empanadas that would be great.

I used Creations in Cuisine to cater for my wedding reception and the food was fantastic, it was a few years ago but I can still remember the awesome ravioli dish we had and the chicken dish was very flavorful. I also love their shrimp cocktail, the cocktail sauce had a nice kick to it. I also went to a Christmas party that they catered and they had prime rib & some of the best mash potatoes I have ever had. The owners are also very nice and sat with us and took their time to help us choose our dish items, their location is nice with a great display everything and you can see their whole operation. They also have all the rental stuff for a complete dining experience. I always recommend them and rave about how their head Chef was a 5 star from the Boulders Resort!

We used Tony and Creations in Cuisine to cater our son’s bar mitzvah. I could not be more impressed. From start to finish Tony and his crew were simply the best. They worked very hard with us to pick a fantastic menu within our budget. They helped out with many extra perks such as helping with the bar. They had great ideas to make our event special and affordable. We had a theme for the party and they came through big time with helping to decorate their end of the presentation (the food) to the theme. Wow! Best part… the food. It was so tasty and so ample. We recently had an event and this company did the catering. Working with them was so easy. We worked with Tony Rea (one of the owners). He is so easy-going! The food was great and the service was just as great. The servers were amazing. Everything was set up as planned and they even decorated the serving area to blend in with our party theme. Tara from Creations in Cuisine is a fantastic wedding coordinator! She is thoughtful, organized and answered all of my questions and concerns right away. She is very knowledgeable and knew all of the right questions to ask and steps to take to ensure that our wedding day would be exactly how we envisioned it. I have been using Creation in Cuisine for almost 5 years now. I am so grateful that I found the team over at Creations to take care of all my catering needs. I work for a nonprofit organization and I hold 12+ events a year and they are ALWAYS my food service of choice. The staff is always so helpful with my menu and staying within my budget. The on site staff is amazing! They are always pleasant and on task. I never have to look for them or ask for anything because they are always one step ahead of me with everything. It makes my events so much more pleasant when I know I have one less worry because I know I can rely on the team from creations. Tara wears so many hats at the company yet she always finds time to email me or call me back in a timely manner and help with whatever I need. I have no idea what we did before without them…besides stress. The service is not the only amazing thing about this company but the food is fantastic. We always have complements from our attendees. Often times they request the companies information so they can use them for other events. Big or small they deliver (literally) on everything you want from a catering company. Thank you Creations for making my events so amazing and thank you to the staff that works so hard to make my life that much easier!

Tony and the staff at Creations in Cuisine did the catering for our wedding reception. We had a champagne brunch, and the food was fantastic! Our captain, Stacy, was friendly and introduced herself to us and had everything under control. Tony stopped by during the reception to check in, and their attention to detail was fantastic! We made some alterations to one of Tony’s standard breakfast menus, and all of our special requests were carried out. Many friends and family commented on the food. The prices were reasonable, and the service was great!

We had Creations in Cuisine cater our party. When they brought the food over and set up the display table it was beautiful, the food presentation was perfect. All of our guests loved the food, it was delicious. We had a smoked salmon plate and other appetizers, assorted salads and then also petite fillets and a chicken dish, OMG it all was wonderful. The staff that helped us were very friendly and attentive. I will always have Tony cater for all my parties. The Best Caterer in the Valley, hands down!!! (very professional)

I’ve had Creations cater my High school graduation, several b-day parties, and several family gatherings. And I will have them cater every other important event in my life. From the Staff in the office, the staff at my parties, and the food they make it easy and enjoyable every time. Tony, Tara, Frank, or Ann will most likely be taking your order the first time you call, not only are they informative and creative but courteous. They’re flexible and willing to work with you on any event and will go out of their way to make it a great and unique experience. They’re staff is well trained, groomed (presentation is important!) and mannered as well, which is very important when you’re having VIPS over like co-workers or someone you want to impress. They’re always on time and do a good job of cleaning up at the end. Even if all the positives above weren’t the case I would still use Creations for the food alone! From a simple menu like a BBQ cookout (Ribs, Corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, and honey baked beans), to appetizers (the trio of salsa is phenomenal, and the artichoke dip, omg!) to a formal experience like a plated dinner. They’re bistro tenders and pasta dishes are insanely delicious! I’m always trying to order something different to experience their menu. My step father has used them to do dropped box lunches off for corporate functions at his office and is always pleased with the results as well. I have no plans to be married, but when I do I know who to call. I have heard they do a great wedding package. Thanks Tony and Frank!

We used Creations in Cuisine for our Wedding in November and they were a total hit. Professional, attentive, organized, easy to work with and customer focused are just some of what comes to mind when I think of Tony and his WONDERFUL staff. And, how could I forget the food?! People have been raving about the quality and flavor of the food since the wedding- and I had some hard to please guests. We had a beef, fish and pasta dish and all were excellent. What’s even better is they got the small things right- from the “captain” (think head waitress) introducing herself to me and making sure that if I had any problems or concerns that she would take care of them to working with us on all our special requests to making sure that my dog (who yes, was in attendance) had food and water. We supplied all of our own alcohol, and the Creations and Cuisine team served it- including a signature cocktail. Amazing! Oh, and how can I forget Tony working within our budget. Friggen awesome. Here’s an example- beef dishes are expensive; more than we wanted to spend, but we really wanted that option. So Tony used some creative thinking and designed a plate that featured 2-3oz fillets instead of one 6oz fillet, which saved us a ton of money- not to mention the presentation was gorgeous! From start to finish working with Tony and his team was an absolute pleasure. If you’re planning an event, look no further and just hire Creations in Cuisine. I promise you’ll be glad that you did.
